A loan helped a member to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers.

Abakundakurima Agric Sub Grp B Group's story

Esther is a 44-year-old mother of five children whose ages range from 14 to 24. Her husband is also a farmer, and for the past 23 years, she has been growing Irish potatoes.

Esther is the leader of the group named Abakundakurima Agric Sub Grp B, which in English means "Farmers who love to work." All of the group members are Irish potato growers.

Esther will use her loan to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers. She will then sell her harvest at the marketplace to meet customer demands in the area. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide tuition for her children.

Esther is thankful for your support.
