Thiawoune-Koudiadiene Group's story

This 'banc villageois' was created in February 2000 and is composed of good and honest women active in selling various products. They live in the same village and have solidarity among themselves.

Ms. Aminata is an unmarried mother of one child. She is active selling brooms and palmwood benches. In the photo, she is the group’s representative at the right with a hand raised.

She received a loan of 100,000 francs and is going to buy some palm straw worth 50,000 francs to make brooms; and palmwood lumber worth 25,000 francs to make benches.

She has a talent for this business and manages to sell all of her merchandise wholesale to retailers. who resell in town.

She uses her earnings for buying goats for her livestock business, which she began two cycles ago, and for paying interest.
