Emilson Javier's story

Emilson Javier, age 22, is in a common law relationships with his wife. He has one child. He lives with his family in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Yojoa, state of Cortes.

For four years, he has worked buying and selling pineapple. He farms on land owned by relatives. He sells as a street vendor in the streets and markets in his community.

He is requesting a loan from ODEF for 20,000 Lempiras to invest in planting and growing a new parcel of pineapple. This investment will help him to have better production, a product of greater quality and size, ensuring better sales.

His goal is to grow economically for the education of his child.
