A loan helped to buy water tank, chemicals, vegetable seeds, soil and rake.

Vailiili's story

Vailiili is a 46-year-old married woman with 4 children. She runs a business of selling vegetable (cabbage, cucumber) in her community to earn a living. She has 3 years of experience in this business. Vailiili is a Samoan citizen and she works very hard to satisfy her customers with her fresh vegetables. Every day except for Saturday and Sunday, she delivers her vegetables to villages using wheelbarrow. She also believes that using the wheelbarrow in the meantime to deliver her vegetables is also making her strong, happy and healthy. Vailiili needs a loan to purchase more equipment (water tank, chemicals, vegetable seeds, soil and rake) to help take her business to the next level. Her dream is that one day, she will earn more to buy her own vehicle to help her run the business and send her children to school. She became a member of SPBD in 2016.
