La Plaza Group's story

Santos Cecilia is 57 years old, single, and the mother of three children who are all adults. She doesn't have any relatives abroad.

She makes a living making bread, work that she carries out in her community on a schedule of 6am to 6pm and that generates income for her financial responsibilities. But she wishes to strengthen her business, which is why she is requesting a loan to buy flour, sugar, yeast, and supplies. With this investment she hopes to be able to improve her income and have a better quality of life.

Santos, Mercedes, and Blanca make up the "La Plaza" solidarity group. They are all people who are seeking the same goal, which is to get ahead.

In this group: Santos Cecilia, Mercedes Noemy, Blanca Estela
