Doña Yajaira is a humble micro-entrepreneur and an example for many women. With her valuable hands she prepares tortillas every day, and sells exquisite dishes which she prepares from a humble kitchen. Yajaira previously learned about the work done by these two institutions and was satisfied, so much so that she is requesting another loan to buy quintals of corn, firewood and a cooler to store the merchandise and prevent spoilage. Yajaira hopes her business will become self-sustaining in the future.
