Ana is an honest and hardworking woman who is very grateful to Kiva for the help she received. It allowed her to boost her activity, giving her good results in high seasons, which in turn enabled her to keep her business active.
She implemented a new source of income, a shop selling prepared meals, which she runs with the help of her sister. In this way, they both generate extra incomes for their respective households.
Ana needs more kitchen tools and linen to improve her shop, and for that she is requesting a new loan to the institution. In this way, Ana hopes to continue improving the life conditions of her humble family.
