A loan helped to buy an embroidery sewing machine and fabric to make traditional Tajik "chakan" embroidery.

Nafisa's story

Nafisa is 34 years old. She lives with her husband, 3 children, father-in-law and mother-in-law. Her husband works as a laborer in Dushanbe, and her mother-in-law is a farmer. Nafisa is a professional seamstress. She learned to sew from her mother. Starting a sewing business changed her life for the better. She communicates with new people, does what she loves, and spends time usefully.

Nafisa wants to buy a new embroidery sewing machine and special fabrics to make more traditional chakan embroidery for her clients. A professional machine is expensive and Nafisa applied for a loan because this purchase is necessary for her and her activities. She knows and believes that you can help her, and thanks you in advance for your support.
