A loan helped a member to buy sheep and goats to resell.

Kawral Soutouba Group's story

Mrs. DJIBA at fifty years old is the president of the group "KAWRAL SOUTOUBA" which means "UNION IN SOUTOUBA". She has been active in the field of sheep and goat breeding for sixteen years. She is married and has three children between the ages of 6 and 11. She lives in TAMBACOUNDA where she practices her activity just like the other members of the group.

Mrs. DJIBA didn't go to school. She is a hard-working woman who dreams of expanding her herd in order to increase the estimated profit of one hundred and fifty thousand francs after each sale.

She buys the animals at the weekly markets. Then, after having taken good care of her sheep, she sells them on the street in the markets at prices that are beneficial to her. As a result, she is able to satisfy her needs.

Mrs. DJIBA is asking for a loan to buy sheep. She sometimes faces cattle rustling and diseases that can be obstacles to achieving her goals.

In this group: Djiba, Mariama, Ansatou, Rahmatoulaye , Diouka, Maimounaa, Mansata, Tida, Dioulde, Maye, Mansata, Aby, Kadia, Roubi, Maimouna
