Raushan's story

This lovely woman's name is Raushan. She is 65 years old, married and has 4 children, all adults. She has a secondary education and by character, she is an active, kind, hardworking and honest person.

Raushan and her family live in an area that is perfect for raising livestock. She has been involved in agriculture since 1979; today she has 2 cows, 2 horses and 7 sheep on her farm. Livestock is kept on the property of her house where there are good conditions for keeping animals. If necessary, the livestock is fattened and resold.

In order to develop her farm, Raushan is asking Kiva to support her and lend her 150,000 soms (KGS) to purchase livestock to increase income from animal husbandry.

The income will help improve the well-being of her family and also improve their living conditions.
