A loan helped to purchase fresh fruits.

Shamsiya's story

Shamsiya is a divorced woman from the city of Bokhtar. She didn't work in the past, as her husband provided for her and her child. Now it has been one year since she started her business selling fruit. Shamsiya has a spot at the market. Her work day starts very early. From the start she has been going to wholesalers and buying their fruits for a price lower than what they are sold for at the market. Shamsiya then sells them at retail price and thus makes a small profit. In order to increase her turnover of goods and make as much as possible she needs to buy more fruits from the wholesalers. Given this current situation she needs to take out a loan and she is turning to you for support. It is difficult for Shamsiya to raise a child alone, but she must not lose heart and must advance her business forward. She believes in you and your kindness.
