Saidah's story

Saidah is 38 years old and married with a son and two daughters. She runs a grocery shop from home.

Her son is in school. As a mother, Saidah is very concerned about the education of her children. She's asking Kiva for support to pay his school fees, which are in arrears. She believes education is key to a brighter and better future.

She's applied for a loan of 9,400,000 IDR from KBMI at Ciawi Branch to pay her son's fees. Her income isn't enough to directly pay these costs, but she'll be able to repay the loan in installments with profits from her business.
