A loan helped to buy blouses, pants, dresses, children's pajamas and other garments.

Vicenta Eulalia's story

Vicenta Eulalia is 63 years old, married, and has three children who are all adults. Her husband is a bricklayer. They live in La Pila in the canton of Montecristi, known for its rich pre-colonial culture and its handicrafts which are recognized domestically and internationally.

Vicenta Eulalia is a hardworking woman who looks for ways to earn a living and help her family get ahead. She sells clothing, shoes, and sheets door-to-door as well as from her house and by telephone. She sells on credit and collects every eight days. This is how she manages to continue on, and she is able to do so with the help of the loans for which she is very grateful.

She will use this new loan to buy blouses, pants, dresses, children's pajamas and other garments.
