Rosa has worked selling tamales and fish for fifteen years. She learned this trade with the help of her mother. She works Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
She is seeking a loan because she needs financial resources to strengthen her business. With the money from the loan she will buy corn wholesale in order to have raw material available to sell tamales.
Rosa hopes this investment allows her to increase her sales and earnings. One risk is that if she gets sick she would have to quit work. Her dreams are to have a much bigger business and to improve her financial conditions in order to cover her personal expenses.
