A loan helped to buy mulberry for her business of making tapas.

Veisinia's story

Once every week, Veisinia and her youngest daughter join a group of women in the village, and together they perform the making of tapas. They make many tapas with different sizes and designs then sell out. This mother is almost seventy, and she still runs multiple businesses, including her tapa-making business.

Not all her tapas are for sale. Some of her tapas are stored for her family and church functions.

This loan will help Veisinia by buying mulberry for tapa-making.

This loan is special because:

It provides women with credit in a country where alternative financing is extremely scarce.
