Fanny Dolores is 58 years old, in a common-law marriage, and has three adult children. Her spouse is a merchant. They live in Portoviejo, a place of beautiful places which mix rural landscapes, beaches which are visited by many all year round.

She is a hardworking woman who seeks to earn her resources and, so, to help her spouse get ahead. She has a retail space in her house. There she prepares and sells delicious fish encebollados, fruit juices or soft drinks, to the liking of her customers which on these two days enjoy the delicacies she prepares with great love for her customers.
