The majority of men strive every day to support their families, through their small businesses that they run from their communities. This could be the sale of firewood, banana plants or farm animals, among other things. All these activities are thanks to those people who support and orientate Guatemalan men. Marcos is one of those men who works for his family's common good. Some years ago he was the beneficiary of a loan with which he covered some personal expenses. He is happy with what he received since it enabled him to achieve one of his goals in life. Continuing the refurbishment of his home is Marcos's greatest dream. For that reason he is seeking a loan this year to buy building materials such as sand, lime and cement. He hopes to be part of this loan which he is yearning for.
