A loan helped a member to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers.

Abadahemuka Agric Group's story

Laurence is a 55-year-old widowed mother of two children between the ages of 24 and 30 years old. And for the past 14 years, she has been growing Irish potatoes.

Laurence is the leader of the group named Abadahemuka Agric, which in English means "Trustworthy people." All of the group members are Irish potato growers.

Laurence will use her loan to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers. She will then sell her harvest at the marketplace to meet customer demand of the area. With the profits from her sales she hopes to be able to provide tuition for her children and also be able to reinvest in her business.

Laurence is thankful for your support.
