A loan helped to buy chicks and feed for them.

Solo's story

Solo is a woman aged 53 who lives with her partner: they have four children together, three of whom are already independent.

She lives in a rented house on the outskirts of town and has been raising broiler chickens for some time.
Her partner is retired.

She has decided to take out a loan from Vahatra to develop her farming, as she wants to improve her income and invest more savings.

Therefore, she asked lenders for help to buy chicks and feed for them: she will sell her animals to the town butcher and then buy more.

She hopes to build her own house in the future.
