A loan helped to buy more chicken, spare ribs, pig feet and fish to sell.

Kebeh's story

Kebeh is a 36-year-old businesswoman. She is a single mother with three children; they are schooling and live at home. Kebeh attended school up to sixth grade.

She is a strong businesswoman who sells frozen goods, such as chicken, spare ribs, pig feet and fish. She learned how to sell from her mother and started the business with her own savings. She sells Monday through Saturday and has been operating her sales for several years.

Kebeh needs a loan to buy more chicken, spare ribs, pig feet and fish to sell to her good clients. She is proud of her business because it helps to sustain her family. She wants to build a house and continue her children's education.

Kebeh wishes to say thanks.

This loan is special because:

It serves low-income individuals in rural Liberia where few alternative funding sources exist.
