Kushtarbek has a higher education and he also has been engaged in farming for a long time. Thanks to his hard work the farm currently has 6 cows, 16 sheep and 4 horses.

To develop his business, Kushtarbek applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 30,000 Soms (KGS) to buy hay and fodder for livestock in order to increase the revenues from livestock farming.

He plans to invest the proceeds of the loan into further development of his farm.
