Nasima And Group's story

Nasima resides in a small village named Tungidighi in Uttar Dinajpur district, West Bengal. She aims to support her husband in their paddy and rice business. Her husband purchases paddy from the fields, processes them freshly, packs them, and sells them at the local market. Nasima's household consists of four members, and she earns a monthly income of INR 25,000 with savings amounting to INR 15,500. She is determined to increase her family's monthly income.

To achieve this goal, Nasima has applied for a loan amount of INR 180,000 from Grameen Shakti, which will help her support her husband in acquiring more paddy stock to sell in the local market. She is joined by her friends who also seek to expand their respective businesses for improved financial stability.
