A loan helped a member to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers.

Twunganirane Gasizi Agric Group's story

Joselyne is a 47-year-old mother of six children ages between 12 and 25 years old. Her husband is a farmer and for the past 20 years she has been growing Irish potatoes.

Joselyne is the leader of the group named Twunganirane Gasizi Agric, which in English means "Let's grow together." All of the group members are Irish potato growers.

Joselyne will use her loan to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers. She will then sell her harvest at the marketplace to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales she hopes to be able to provide tuition for her children and also be able to reinvest in her business.

Joselyne is thankful for your support.
