A loan helped to buy a new industrial fryer that will improve efficiency in the preparation of her snacks.

Ana's story

Ana is a kind cook from Piendamó, Cauca, with over seven years managing her business. She runs a small fast-food business outside her home, where she sells traditional snacks such as empanadas (dough filled with potato and meat), French fries, salchichón (sausage), cheese cones, and breaded chicken, among others, which she accompanies with homemade sauces that she prepares with her own skills.

Ana lives with her husband and one of her three children in a house they bought together. Her husband works for a local company, and her son attends the local school, with her family being a crucial support for her.

A loan of 2,442,369 COP allows Ana to acquire a new industrial fryer, which will improve the efficiency of her snack stand, allowing her to include a new variety of foods.
