Weedor's story

Weedor is a 46-year-old businesswoman. She is married and has 4 children who are presently in school and live at home. Weedor attended school up to eighth grade.

She is a hardworking businesswoman who sells pepper, beans, garri and sugar. For ten years she has been operating her sales. She learned how to sell from her mother and started the business with her own savings. She sells 6 days a week and uses a car to transport supplies to her business site.

Weedor applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia, a Kiva lending partner. With this loan, she will buy more pepper, beans, garri and sugar to sell to her good clients.

She is likes her business because it helps her a lot. Her dream for the future is to build a house for her children. She says thanks.
