She is a tenacious person who, in spite of the difficulties, looks for the way to be able to continue working at what she does. This is because it provides the daily sustenance for her family.
She is requesting this loan to buy the ingredients to make her empanadas. She will buy things like vegetables, meat, flour, eggs, condiments, cooking oil, and other products.
She sees herself as a very hard-working woman, and she has a lot of customers. This motivates her to continue selling in the best way.
