Dukorane Cb Group's story

Alphonsine is a 50-year-old mother of three children between 8 and 20 years old. Her husband is a tailor. For the past ten years, she has been selling African fabrics.

Alphonsine is the leader of the group called Dukorane Cb, which in English means “Lets work together". Group members own a variety of businesses that sell different items.

Alphonsine will use her loan to buy more African fabrics to sell within her area and meet customer demand in her community. With the profits from her sales, she will be able to provide medical insurance for her family and also provide for the family.
