A loan helped a member to use her portion of the loan to buy Irish Potato seeds.

Murambo Zamuka Group's story

Seraphine is a 41-year-old mother with five children who range in age from 5 to 17 years old. Her husband is a driver. For the past four years, Seraphine has been selling foodstuffs.

She's the leader of the group Murambo Zamuka, a phrase which translates to "A place where they are located" in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Seraphine will use her portion of the loan to buy Irish Potato seeds to sell within her community to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide for the family and to also be able to buy a piece of land. She's thankful for your support.

Note: In this photo, we see Seraphine, the group president, who is representing her entire group.
