Mahabat's story

Mahabat, who sends greetings from Kyrgyzstan, thanks Kiva's lenders for the financial support she received to increase her livestock headcount. She will now be grateful to receive another loan and promises to repay it in good order. This loan is in the amount of 70,000 som (KGS), to buy more fodder for her livestock, which she will then fatten and sell.

Mahabat is a hard-working, 67-year-old mother of five. She is a farmer, and as such, her main economic activity involves increasing her headcount. She launched this business in 2004, with the aim of increasing the family income. Mahabat is determined to develop her business and put money aside to purchase more livestock.
