Tursynakan, a 48-year-old man residing in the village of Shelek, Almaty region, is an ethnic Kazakh who migrated from China. Engaged in the production of concrete products such as split blocks, paving stones, and rings for over 5 years, Tursynakan embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in China and continues to develop his business in Kazakhstan.

Currently, he has machinery and equipment, along with a functional workspace. Under his leadership, a team of 6 workers operates efficiently. The nature of the work involves handling heavy concrete products, making it challenging for a single individual. However, the high-quality and competitive nature of the concrete goods has enabled Tursynakan to establish a loyal customer base.

Tursynakan's primary goal is the growth and expansion of his business, aiming to provide the community with quality and trend-setting products. Additionally, he seeks to ensure a dignified life for his children and loved ones.
