A loan helped to buy two pigs to raise.

Fanantenana's story

Fanantenana is 31 years old and a single man. He lives in the family house that is in an accessible region. He is a mechanic. He has also been managing a pig-raising activity for two years.

He wishes to build up his livestock but his own funds are insufficient. He therefore decided to take out a loan with Vahatra to strengthen his financial capital. With this money he plans to buy two pigs to raise. He will take care of their food himself. He will re-sell his livestock after a few months to the town's sellers and then he will buy more.

He will save his profits and hope to become financially independent in the future. He is counting on the support of lenders.
