Kalapna And Group's story

Kalapna resides in a small village named Katihar in Bihar district. She wants to support her husband in the paddy and rice business. Her husband purchases fresh paddy from the field, packs it, and sells it in the local market.

Kalapna has a household size of five and a monthly income of 25,000 INR with savings of 20,000 INR. She wishes to increase her family's monthly income. The loan of 436,000 INR from Grameen Shakti will help her support her husband to make more stock of paddy and sell it in the local market.
