Yergazy's story

Yergazy, a 65-year-old man, resides with his wife and three grandchildren in the village of Uzynbulak, in the Almaty region.

Engaged in livestock farming for over 6 years, Yergazy has become a successful farmer in his retirement years. Livestock farming not only serves as a hobby for him but also provides an additional source of income, supplementing his pension. His grandchildren are always ensured access to fresh and natural products.

Yergazy is urgently in need of a loan amounting to KZT 2,000,000 to expand his livestock. Presently, he manages a farm comprising of 5 head of cattle, 60 head of small cattle, and 9 horses. Yergazy sells livestock at the livestock market in the village of Kegen. His current plan is to increase the size of his livestock so that by the time his grandchildren go to college, there will be a financial foundation in place. Yergazy's commitment to both his family and his livestock demonstrates the positive impact that sustainable agriculture can have on the well-being of a community.
