A loan helped to acquire a new set of tools that will improve his agricultural operations.

Cesar's story

Cesar is a young farmer from Caldono, Cauca, who began harvesting more than 15 years ago. He currently owns a one-hectare farm gifted by his father where he cultivates 5,000 coffee plants along with 300 plantain plants. Cesar hires the help of five community members to gather and process his crops monthly.

Cesar lives with his partner in a house that he rents near his terrain to ensure better supervision. He has two young children who are also learning about agriculture.

A loan of 1,427,359 COP allows César to purchase a new batch of agricultural tools that will streamline his farming processes. This investment ensures greater efficiency for both harvesting and processing his coffee production.
