Santa Monica is the name of this committee in which all the members help each other to get ahead by working together. They have the same desire to improve, and they’re in the 4th cycle of the women’s committee program where they support each other to succeed.

Ida is one of the members of the group. She works as a hairdresser and has an established clientele who always go to her for the good service she gives to her customers. Her goal is to keep improving to continue with her work.

She mentions that she excels in the services of manicure and pedicure, and her purpose is to keep working to improve and thus keep providing for her family.
