Thanks to the support received, this rural woman, who is Mónica, has managed to keep her small store afloat. It is located in a rural sector 15 minutes from the city of Tulcán. She is very grateful to God for having given her her two daughters, who are her reason for being, and for letting her know about Kiva, since at its hand, she has been getting ahead.
With her love and charisma for tending her store, Mónica has established a good customer base. They ask her to stock more in her store so as not to have to go to the city. For this reason, she is asking for another loan with which she will purchase staple products, personal hygiene items, household cleaning products, fruits, and vegetables. In this way, the assortment in her store will satisfy her customers' needs and these will always come to her.
In the future, Mónica dreams of having the necessary resources to give her daughters what she was unable to have due to the lack of financial resources.
