Gulchahira's story

Gulchahira R. is 46 years old. She was born into a family of farmers and since childhood has been engaged in cattle breeding. Gulchahira married early and became the mother of four children. Her family is very united, where all members help and support each other.

To find a means of subsistence for her family, Gulchahira began her business in cattle breeding and land cultivating. Owing to her wide experience in these activities, she managed to develop her farm successfully. Currently, she grows barley and clover, and has two cows on her farm whose milk she sells to the local dairy farm.

With the revenue from these activities, Gulchahira was able to give her children a good education. Now, Gulchahira plans to use this loan for 50,000 KGS to purchase two bull calves to fatten and resell. With the revenue from this investment, she plans to give a dowry to her daughter.

In the future, Gulchahira plans to maintain a big farm with a large number of cattle.
