Samaito's story

Samaito is 39 years old, married, and blessed with six children below the age of 18 years. He supports a family of eight members. He does livestock fattening and crop farming, and he has been in this business for the last 10 years earning a monthly income of KES 55,000. He will use the entire loan amount to purchase farm inputs like certified seeds, fertilizer and livestock for fattening. He will use the anticipated profit from his business to repay the loon, pay school fees and purchase more livestock for fattening. He is borrowing from Vision Fund Kenya for the first time. His hopes and dreams for his future are for his business and family is to be successful.
