This is a typical dish from her provence that consists of a mix of mashed green plantains with peanuts that are filled with fish or pork, and then steamed in a banana leaf which gives it a great flavor. Many of her customers request them to go or they eat them in her house where she has her shop.
This loan will be used to buy plaintains, peanuts, fish, and other ingredients needed to prepare bollos.
