A loan helped to buy hens for fattening, concentrated feed, and vitamins.

Santos Margarita's story

Santos is single and has no children. She lives with her parents and siblings. Santos does not have any relatives who live abroad. She has been raising and selling poultry for a year and a half. Santos learned this trade by attending training classes that were offered in her community. She works from 4:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Her main challenge is protecting her poultry from diseases.

Santos is requesting a loan so that she can have the financial resources to strengthen her business. The borrowed funds will be used to buy hens for fattening, concentrated feed, and vitamins. This will help reduce her investment costs and generate more income.

Her aspirations are to grow her business, achieve a level of financial stability that will cover her family’s basic needs, and remodel her home.
