A loan helped to buy supplies for her business such as corn flour, plantains, oil, tomatoes, and corn kernels for popcorn.

Alicia Yamileth's story

Alicia, 40, studied until high school. She is in a relationship and her spouse lives abroad. She has four children, two of whom are studying. She lives with her children and her sister-in-law.

Alicia makes a living selling snacks such as popcorn, tostadas (fried corn tortillas topped with beans or meat, salad, and condiments), drinks, and other dishes. She started this business three years ago so she could earn a living.

She will use the loan to buy supplies for her business such as corn flour, plantains, oil, tomatoes, and corn kernels for popcorn.

Alicia dreams of improving her business and giving a good education to her children so they can have a better future.
