A loan helped to illuminate her restaurant.

Clémentine Yene's story

Clémentine Yene is a merchant, 41 years old, who lives in Cote d'Ivoire with her spouse and her four children.

She is asking for a loan to buy a solar kit made up of four LED lamps, a battery recharger with a solar panel, and a television. The aim is to light her restaurant and to take advantage of TV every night with her spouse and children.

Having a solar kit with lighting will also enable her to keep working longer in her restaurant when daylight is gone. And it will enable her children to study safely. She envisions expanding her restaurant.
