A loan helped a member to stock up on wrap skirts in bulk, which will reinforce her initial capital.

Moziki Group's story

Madame Jeannette is a client of IMF Hekima, and she is the president of the village group “Moziki”. She is a widow, 54 years old and the mother of 5 children, who are all in school.

She sells various clothing. She started her business 30 years ago with starter funds that she created herself. Later, she chose the Hekima program to support her business, during which she has gradually evolved.

With this new loan, she plans to stock up on wrap skirts in bulk, which will reinforce her initial capital. The challenges to her work are related to a lack of customers. She would like her children to continue their studies and for her to be able to develop her business.

Lastly, she wishes to thank Hekima and their partners for support given to un-bankable business owners in this context related to the global crisis of Covid-19. The photo is only of the group leader because of Covid-19, in respect to measures of social distancing.
