Namoce's story

Namoce, aged 62, is divorced with one child still in school. She lives with her children in the same home and she currently runs her own boutique to earn a living.

Namoce took it upon herself to learn tailoring and has been running her business for a little over 20 years now. Her dream is to build a standardized boutique that will serve the clothing needs of customers within Efate and other islands of Vanuatu. Her current plan is to increase her resources to expand her boutique. However, she needs financial assistance to execute her plan.

Namoce is requesting a loan to pay for thread, needles and new patterned fabrics which will be used to sew more designed outfits. With the income earned, she will pay for her household necessities and save money to invest in her future business plans.

Through this loan Namoce is empowered to do the best for her family. Thank you for lending to support Namoce!

This loan is special because:

It provides women with credit in a country where alternative financing is extremely scarce.
