Ramotsitsili is a 53-year-old man who lives in a multi-bedroom house with four other family members including one child. Ramotsitsili works as a techinical adviser but struggles with buying multiple fuels. He spends the most amount of his energy expenses on electricity, LPG and paraffin, which costs up to LSL 870 per month. He also spends as much as one hour per day gathering fuel and fulfilling other energy needs like phone charging.
