A loan helped to buy pigs and expand her pigpen.

Digna Piedad's story

Digna is a 36 year old single mother. She lives in a borrowed house with her three children. Two of them are twins and they all go to school. A lack of employment motivated Digna to look for her sustenance by raising pigs which she has been doing for four years. She is looking for financial support to be able to expand her pigpen and buy more pigs to raise and sell, generating income to cover her children's basic needs. Her objective as a mother is to educate her all children. This is what she would be most proud of if she can do this.
