A loan helped to pay for pay varnish, wood paint, fabric paint and white fabric to refurbish and create new items.

Michelyn's story

Inspired through watching other people rise up in business, Michelyn, age 38 and a mother who has two children, was determined to make something for herself that will help her and her family. She has a keen eye for art and currently sells arts and craft in a booth at the local handicraft market in town. Her partner is a partner in her business and they run the day-to-day together.

Out of necessity, she started her business to provide for her family and has been doing so for over seven years. She is very happy with how far her business has come. Michelyn dreams of expanding her business and building a shop that will cater to more arts and crafts being displayed for people to enjoy. Currently her plan is to purchase arts and crafts tools and materials such as varnish, wood paint, fabric paint and white fabric, to either refurbish old collections or create new ones. However, she is not able to at the moment because she is financially tied up.

Michelyn is requesting a loan to for pay varnish, wood paint, fabric paint and white fabric to refurbish and create new items to sell. All income generated from her sale will be put towards her children's school fees and savings for her future plans.

Through this loan, Michelyn feels empowered to be the best version of herself and to be an example for her children. Thank you kindly for lending to Michelyn!
