Matsoloane's story

Matsoloane is a 58 year-old woman who lives in a multi-bedroom house with five other family members including one child. Matsoloane relies on self-employment but struggles with low income and the high costs of fuel. She spends the most amount of her energy expenses on electricity, which costs up to 1,200 LSL per month. She also spends as much as one hour per day, gathering fuel and fulfilling other energy needs like phone charging. Matsoloane is buying the ACE One cook stove to help her and her family save the money spent every month on fuel and also help them access solar electricity for charging their mobile devices any time for free. The ACE One clean cook-stove is biomass and solar-powered. For more information on the ACE one cook stove please visit www.africancleanenergy.com and Facebook @AfricanCleanEnergy
