Rakhat's story

This wonderful woman is Rakhat. She is 51 years old, a widow, and mother to two beautiful children. Her children have always been what matters most in her life, and she always has strength and energy for them.

Rakhat has a secondary education and a very active and outgoing nature, She has worked in retail for the last several years. She has a store at the local market where she currently sells food products. She also farms on the side, and her children actively help her. Today her farm has four cows and 18 sheep.

To grow her business, Rakhat turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 250,000 KGS to buy equipment for her store and increase her working capital. The income from the loan will help increase her business's productivity and her income. She hopes to achieve her goals and create a better life for her children.
