Clarise's story

I have always been in awe of the magic of art and how it can cultivate community, generate hope, and remind us all of our potential. As a kid, I always loved performing, drawing, and leading adventures with the neighborhood kids. My childhood mission was to hold space for people to engage in imagination, connect and have fun together. To be a Peter Pan really.

When the pandemic created a halt in my acting career I began to reflect on what I loved most about art and found myself hosting events centered around wellness and playful creative expression. I realized that creative expression is not as accessible to "Non-artists" as I thought and most people are missing out on the healing powers of art. I wanted to create a space where people could gather and engage in the magic of art regardless of their artistic background.

This led me to get a certification in social-emotional arts and start my business creating programs in partnership with non-profits who serve our local Pittsburgh communities. These programs were so beautiful that I wanted to host events that are open to the public. I am so excited to curate a space that feels welcoming, creative, and playful where everyone feels welcome to take risks and play with art.
